Palma Hotels has launched a new collaboration agreement with 11 companies from Mallorca’s primary, manufacturing and production sectors. The aim is to strengthen the connection between the hotel industry and the local productive network.
This agreement brings together a group of companies representing different areas of production, including Terracor, Puig i Suau, Cárnicas Sunyer, Javimar, Son Poca Palla, Llevant Mobiliari, Exclusive Catering, José Luis Ferrer, Sonmo, Imprenta Nueva Balear and Lo Music.
The initiative seeks to encourage the consumption of local products, give visibility to local production and promote greater awareness of seasonality, especially in sectors such as agriculture, where timing directly shapes supply.
The project forms part of a broader strategy of collaboration between key sectors of the Mallorcan economy, committed to a more sustainable, local and territory-connected model.
